Aisha provides leadership in strategic business management, execution excellence, and performance productivity. In working closely with Gloria Shealey, President & CEO, she is supporting the company’s development and implementation of business solutions, from business models to business processes and organizational structure to information systems and technology. As a result of the scope and quality of her education and family business teachings, uniquely combined with her social work background, Aisha is well versed in the importance of research, strategic organization, factual accuracy, and presentation excellence. Aisha received her Ph.D. in Applied Behavior Analysis (Organizational Behavior Management) from The Chicago School of Professional Psychology in July 2015. She earned her MSW from Columbia University School of Social Work and her BSW from the University of North Carolina at Greensboro. In addition, Aisha presented at the 2012 Applied Behavior Analysis International Conference on “The Effects of Instructor Active Listening on Student Behavior.” Aisha also serves as an Adjunct Assistant Professor with the University of Maryland teaching Management Studies.
